In this International Women's Day Special, we were lucky enough to speak to the CEO of Spark Jolie Hodson. Wild fact - Spark is the only company in the NZX50 (the NZ stock exchange) that has a female CEO and Chairwomen. When Vic was looking through their financials, she noticed them transparently call out their gender pay gap and how much it has improved over the past few years. We were so impressed they were publicly disclosing this information and thought she'd be a perfect person to talk to about the gender pay gap, and what can be done to close it! An inspiring woman, with pearls of wisdom for anyone wanting to succeed in the workplace.
