In this episode, Jay and Chad chat about the the largest component of run training, aerobic runs. In this episode we chat with coach Bradley Moon about an underutilized training method for most distance runners, sprinting. Bradley shares his thoughts on how sprint training can not only help increase top end speed but ultimately make you a more efficient distance runner with a higher resiliency to injury.
