Fueling up is key to any exercise routine. But there's so much to consider with an individualized approach to maintaining energy levels during a workout. What's best to eat and drink before exercising? Do I need to refuel during my workout? What should I consume after?

The answers to these questions and more will vary from person to person. For this episode, we've gathered a group of runners and friends of the show to talk about their fueling methods, which will hopefully lend some inspiration... or at least steer you toward a tasty snack.
