Things then take a more personal turn as Ryan opens up, for the first time, about a journey he’s quietly been on over the last few months. He speaks honestly about his decision to have a hair transplant, how it’s made him feel, and why talking about it openly matters to him, especially if it helps open up more honest conversations around confidence and self-image for men.

We also share where we are on our surrogacy journey, opening up about what the process has really looked like behind the scenes. Louise speaks candidly about why she can’t carry her own baby, and we talk about our next steps in navigating this journey together.
