(Robyn) The Eat Happy Kitchen Clubhouse used to host a weekly Lunch & Learn which eventually ended and has been reformed as this show. I first met tonight’s guest two years ago in that room. When she shared her story, it was often about a very emotional attachment to food. Since our initial meeting, I have been following her on Facebook. She is learning, through trial and error, what works for her diet. At the same time, she has been healing her mental health and pushing herself outside of her previous limits.
