Today we are talking all about Self Care and more specifically about Self Talk.
The concept of Self Talk is pretty basic. You may have heard me talk about this concept before, but I am willing to bet that if you are a Struggling Burnout Autistic Newbie and finding yourself going from unplugging to recuperate to feeling a bit better only to end up back in the burnout trap a few weeks or months later, you don’t really understand what Self Care is or how to implement it in your life to keep off that Burnout Loop of Death.
I am willing to bet that you don’t have a Self Care Plan from the Inside out that includes Self Caring Self Talk.
Learn how to use the Thought Thermostat in your Self Care Plan from The Inside Out in today’s episode so that you can:
- gain energy from your thoughts vs feeling drained and in that constant state of “fight or flight”
- lower stress levels which may also increase immune function and help create better sleep
Registration for the Part 2 Self Care Workshop on Friday, Sept 24th at 3pm EST
(If you can’t make it live but would like the REPLAY via email you MUST be REGISTERED)
