Of course with New Year comes new goals and resolutions and this week the girls are discussing whether there's really any point, the psychology behind it and whether they've made any goals or resolutions themselves. Annabel's got COVID and she's on a rampage ranting about Lateral Flow Tests, and this week's listener's 'Am I Ovary Acting?' is another relationship conundrum. Is communication key or is communication pointless when speaking different love languages?

The Confession Booth graces us with a sausage sandwich that was never intended for parental eyes, starting the series with a confession that has lived rent free in Amber's head since it was received.

Once again, there's a little bit of sentiment in this week's Words of Wisdom from Annabel, and the series is off to a cracking start.
