She is a MN native (like me) and chats with me about what happened when 2.5 years of an undiagnosed disease took her down and left her with no hope, until turning to a naturopathic doctor that nearly healed her. Why does the US normalize feeling sick??

 

All while being sick, she went from working a 9-5 behind a computer, to taking a leap of faith & diving headfirst into making a passion her full-time work at 28- making recipes & living all over the country in a van. But HOW? How did she get the courage to jump? How did risks become FULFILLING vs. horrifying? Change is growth.
