On today’s show I have the privilege of chatting to Natalie about her two empowering births. Her first son she birthed at home with the support from a private midwife, and although it was an empowering experience, she looks back and can recognise moments of fear and stress throughout her pregnancy and birth. Two weeks into her pregnancy with her second child, she stumbled across a freebirthing video that ignited her innate intuition and forged the path ahead of her to freebirth her second son, Oakie. We chat about clear boundaries she put in place to protect her mental space and how she dealt with any fears that arose before she freebirthed her son at home.
