The way you look is the least interesting thing about you, BUT it's still a huge factor in how the rest of the world views you and treats you, so it's time for us to talk about body privilege.

It can be awkward and uncomfortable, but it's such an important topic so in this episode we're chatting about the spectrum of body privileges, the history of the body positivity and fat liberation movements, and our own privileges.

We are by no means experts - just people who have done research, are constantly learning, and are trying to make an inclusive community. So there's no shame at all if you're also still learning and feel a bit strange thinking about privilege when we live in a world where we're all made to hate our bodies. Feel free to just listen with an open mind, and remember that recognising body privilege does not take away from your own struggles.
