What do you think of when you hear the phrase that ends in "like a girl"? The words that come to mind are weak, loser and you aren't good enough, right? Well, it's time to flip the script and delete terms like this from our vocabularies for women in general and our future daughters and granddaughters. In this episode I talk about ways we can raise strong, independent, self assured females. Females that are proud to say, "I run like a girl!"
