Kedibone is an admitted attorney, company secretary and executive director. She is currently the Legal Director SEA Region at Japan Tobacco International South Africa.
She holds an LL.B; LL.M (cum laude); PGDipCorpLaw and an FCIS with experience in mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, competition law, dispute resolution and corporate law.
Her career started off as an article clerk at Hogan Lovells (then Eversheds); then became a lecturer at the University of Johannesburg lecturing Introduction to Legal Studies for first years. She then went back to practice as an associate at MNS Attorneys and later was appointed a legal counsel at Heineken South Africa where she worked her way up from legal counsel to Senior Legal Counsel and Company Secretary and ultimately Legal Director. She was also previously Group Legal Advisor at Reunert Ltd.
True authenticity is at the core of her leadership style and building long- lasting relationships with those she interacts with. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion and allowing women to reach for their career goals without compromising their integrity and sacrificing crucial roles such as motherhood.
