Thabisho Mpholoane is an admitted attorney. After completing her BCom LLB at the University of Johannesburg, she joined one of the big five law firms in South Africa as a Candidate Attorney. On completing her articles, Thabisho was retained as an Associate and subsequently promoted to Senior Associate in the Corporate practice where she specialised in private equity, which entailed, amongst other things, acquisitions, disposals and restructuring transactions.

Thabisho recently joined a multinational and Fortune 500 company as Legal Counsel with a focus on Southern Africa market operations in FMCG.
