In response to Liam's continued interest in separate dating, Kate proposed that they both try to find people to go out with online. The plan was that they would post their profiles at the same time, and ideally go on dates with other people on the same evenings.  Equality was the goal. It was a fine idea that brought about all kinds of unforeseen complications.
