Ashley is an adoptee, birth mother, and an adoptive parent.

While there was plenty of drama that 9 months, she was able to choose a great family and was comfortable with her decision. She says that most of her memories have faded with time due to mental trauma. Ashley went through postpartum depression and the darkest moments of her life and lost herself for a few years.

Then, 11 years after she gave her child up for adoption, she was offered the opportunity to adopt her child back. Ashley adopted her son back on June 21, 2024. The most beautiful day in her family’s history book.
