On today’s episode we hear the birth story of first-time mother and podcast host, Kendelle. Kendelle and her husband had a timeline for when they would start a family. The years of naturally tracking her cycle enabled her to confidently recognise her fertility window, conceiving their son within the first month of trying.

Once pregnant Kendelle reflected on the often traumatic birth stories shared with her and decided her story would be different. She began educating herself on what best supports physiological birth. A hypnobirthing course would be the final piece of the puzzle on her journey; arming herself with all she needed to achieve the birth of her dreams.
