On this week's very special episode of I Shouldn't Say This But, I am joined by 2 great friends Kiera and Aimie from the amazing Feel Good Club. 

Feel Good Club is a wonderful mental-health and wellbeing community that has recently opened a cafe based in the Northern Quarter in Manchester.

I’ll be talking to them both about how they’ve gotten to where they are today, what it’s been like opening a business during a pandemic and some of the battles the world is now facing with mental health. 

They also run an extremely popular Instagram page that provides lovely daily reminders for all their followers about coping with life in the day-to-day and this week they have even taken the streets of Manchester by storm with some amazing billboards to brighten up everyone’s week.
