This week’s podcast episode is all about comparison - something I’m sure many of us have struggled with at some point in our lives. In this episode, I really wanted to uncover exactly why we do it and also how to stop it. I also talk about my own experience with comparison and about how it caused one of the most difficult periods of my life.
