Within properly holding no-contact, women have to understand 2 things, this journey is meant for your highest initiation and 2, you DO NOT want to romanticize rejection which we see a lot amongst women. There is medicine and power within reclaiming your energy and taking away your presence from someone who did not value it. Whether you have children with this person or not, you have the option of removing yourself from them completely and whole heartedly. Within the maiden feminine archetype, the maiden will feel powerless and as if shes a victim and this will make her easy to manipulate from people who want to take advantage of her. It is important women understand what decentering men truly means and no it doesn’t mean hate all men. Sexually, emotionally, mentally and spiritually get rid of the idea men are the center and your life has to revolved around them. Your conversations shouldn’t be revolved all around men. Having a period of deep alone time where you sexually, emotionally, mentally and spiritually relearn yourself is pivotal. Buy sex toys, travel, connect with the women around you and find hobbies. There’s more to life than just a man ladies!

It’s important women fully understand what being righteously angry is and that our forgiveness is a REWARD. It’s vital we don’t fall into this conditioning of being “digestible” and being a “good girl” and we truly take time to honor our truest feelings. We’re deserving of this.

This ep was so special to me <3 I present this podcast from one soul to another. I have my own experiences through hyper sexuality and I learned when showing up with love, truth and authenticity instead of shame and guilt I can truly heal and that’s what happened :) Here are ways we as women can still embody and love our sexuality without hypersexualizing ourselves.
