On Valentine’s Day of 1995, law enforcement would respond to a reported shooting in an apartment in Oceanside, California. Upon arrival at the crime scene, law enforcement found a man on his hands and knees, with disfiguring injuries. Shockingly, the man was still alive but he would eventually succumb to his injuries. Did this man die because someone was afraid for their life, or was it cold-blooded murder?
