You too often pick content to post that feels easy and convenient. (You're not regularly hitting all of the 4 Content Pillars - Marketing, Education, Personal/Relatable and Inspirational/Entertaining).
Your engagement rate is low, or non-existent.
Your AMAZING New Offer is falling flatter-than-flat across your Socials channels.

In this week's episode Lauren discusses How to Make $1 Million a Year in Your Beauty Business.
You Need to be focussing on making at least $84,000 per month to turnover $1 Million per year in your Beauty Business. To achieve this figure you will need 6 full-time Employees working full-time hours 5 days per week.
You need to have a strong Retail Focus in your Salon.
You need a dedicated Customer Service Specialist in your business to drive positive Customer Experiences, and to optimise your Bookings and Calendar.
You need to train your Team on how to add-on and upgrade treatments. Teaching your staff the best ways to introduce and discuss an upgrade with Clients is critical to your Salon's success.
Trust in FOMO. Scarcity is your friend in marketing and promotion. Promote your Wait List instead of always posting your availabilities so your Clients understand that they need to book sooner rather than later, so they don't miss out.
You need to keep your Team motivated and focussed on your Revenue Goals, if you want turnover $1 Million in your business.
You need to remain consistent on Socials. At the very least you need to stay active on Stories.

You're not using an Online Booking System.
You don't have a website, or you don't have an effective website.
You don't have a proper domain name for your website - a .com.au if you're based in Australia.
You need a work email address with your domain name. So something like [email protected] (not a gmail, hotmail, outlook or Yahoo email address).
You don't have a system for taking booking fees and/or capturing your Client's card details.
You don't have a professional POS (Point of Sale) or checkout area in your Salon.
You're not documenting, banking and declaring all your earnings.
You don't look the part, and you're not wearing a flattering and fantastic looking uniform.
Your Salon isn't presented professionally. All Public Facing Areas Need to Look Absolutely Immaculate!
You don't have Written Policies in your business around Late Cancellations, Late Arrivals, Children in the Salon, Time Between Services. etc.
