Sam Mac is professionally delightful. A weatherman on Channel 7's Sunrise, it's his job to be the happy, smiling, wholesome Sam we know and love every, single, morning.

But being that positive isn't always how you'd want to be, it's tiring, and let's be honest, sometimes you've just got other sh*t going on in your head. For Sam though, it's not really an option to not be positive...so how does he cope with that?
