When life changes, our first instinct is often to do something, but Leann Rose Crook says making the bold move is step four, not step one. Drawing from the eight years it took her to regain stability after her first husband left, Leann shares the six-step process she developed to help women move through major transitions with greater clarity and less pain. She and Wendy explore what it means to identify the true shift taking place, own your story, stand in your strength, and intentionally build the routines of your new life. This conversation offers a grounded approach to moving forward without rushing past the inner work that makes lasting change possible.
In this episode, they discuss:
Major changes may be difficult, but we don’t have to move through them unconsciously. This conversation is an invitation to slow down, identify the real shift taking place, and build your next chapter with greater intention.

What if the beliefs shaping your life were handed to you—and were never truly yours?
In this episode, Wendy sits down with executive coach and author Chanchal Garg to explore self-trust, self-compassion, and what Chanchal calls “the inheritance of daughterhood.” Chanchal shares how writing her memoir about spiritual and sexual abuse became part of reclaiming her story, changing the narrative for her children, and showing up more unapologetically in her life and work. Together, they examine what it means to honor the past without allowing it to define who you are becoming.
They explore:
If you’re questioning the stories you inherited or learning how to trust yourself after years of doubt, this conversation offers a compassionate reminder that your identity is not static, and you are allowed to keep growing into yourself.

What if the reason you feel stuck isn’t a lack of effort, but a lack of alignment?
In this episode, Wendy sits down with leadership strategist Tricia Stover to explore the connection between personal alignment, radical ownership, and sustainable success. Tricia shares how losing her husband unexpectedly changed the trajectory of her life and eventually led her into finance, leadership development, and entrepreneurship. She also introduces the High Noon Operating System, a framework designed to help leaders and organizations understand where they are before deciding where to go next.
They explore:
Whether you’re leading an organization, building a business, or navigating a transition in your personal life, this conversation offers a powerful reminder: you don’t have to force your way forward. Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is pause, reconnect with your why, and choose your next step from alignment.

Ready to Say YES to What’s Next?
What does radical self-love look like when it becomes something you practice, not just something you say?
After experiencing divorce, assault, the loss of her nursing career and business, and a near-fatal accident involving her children, Romy Limenes found herself rebuilding nearly every part of her life. In this conversation, she shares how breathwork, movement, self-acceptance, and what she calls her “lifelines” helped her reclaim her voice and create a life that feels more authentically hers. Wendy and Romy also explore how small, intentional practices can help us meet ourselves in real time instead of waiting until we have the time or capacity for a complete reset.
They explore:
If life has brought you to your knees, or you’re ready to stop living on autopilot, this conversation offers a compassionate, practical invitation to return to yourself one moment at a time.

In this episode, Wendy sits down with functional diagnostic nutrition practitioner Dori Martin to explore caregiving, burnout, self-trust, and the connection between joy and well-being. Together, they consider what becomes possible when you stop carrying everyone else’s bags and start choosing what lights you up.
They explore:
If you’ve spent years taking care of everyone else while quietly losing touch with yourself, this conversation is an invitation to put down what was never yours to carry—and say yes to the life that lights you up.

Content warning: This episode includes candid discussions of domestic abuse, suicidal ideation, substance abuse, explicit sexual content, and strong language. Please listen with care.
In this episode, Wendy sits down with author and TEDx speaker Candi Rose for an honest conversation about shame, survival, and the freedom she found in telling the truth about her past. Candi shares how unresolved pain contributed to substance abuse, destructive choices, and an abusive relationship, as well as the moment she realized that visible success had not healed what she was still carrying. Writing her memoir, Naked, became part of facing her past, reclaiming her voice, and releasing the fear that someone else could use her story against her.
They explore:
This is a conversation about confronting the parts of your story you would rather keep hidden, finding support that allows you to speak without judgment, and remembering that transformation rarely happens in a straight line.

In this episode, Wendy sits down with Christine Carron of Good Jelly to challenge the idea that meaningful progress requires more pressure, discipline, or hours spent working. Christine helps highly capable creatives find patterns of progress that honor how they actually work, rather than forcing themselves into someone else’s system. Together, they explore what changes when you stop treating yourself like an assembly line, recognize the wins you usually dismiss, and begin leading your creative work with more spaciousness, self-trust, and delight.
They explore:
This is a conversation about making room for creativity without running yourself into the ground. If you’re doing meaningful work but constantly focused on what remains unfinished, Christine offers a more sustaining way to recognize your progress and keep moving.

In this episode, Wendy sits down with Aline Ghorayeb, author of A Change of Heart with Mary Magdalene, to talk about the spiritual vision that changed the direction of her life. Aline shares how the experience and the messages that followed led her to Mary Magdalene, called her to write despite never considering herself an author, and opened a new chapter in her spiritual journey. Her search to understand what she had received eventually led her to A Course in Miracles, the Gnostic Gospels, and a message that continues to guide her: we are not separate, incomplete, or alone.
They explore:
This is a conversation about trusting your inner knowing, remaining open to the ways guidance may arrive, and releasing the conditioning that tells you something essential is missing from who you already are.

In this episode, Wendy sits down with therapist Jessica Fern and restorative relationship practitioner David Cooley to examine how shame shapes the way we relate to ourselves and the people closest to us. They introduce the “inner shame triangle”: an inner critic that attacks, a shame part that absorbs and believes the criticism, and escaper parts that try to outrun it through over-functioning, under-functioning, busyness, or numbing. The conversation becomes deeply personal as Wendy reflects on her divorce and Jessica and David share how they ended their marriage, continued co-parenting, and created a new relationship structure that better meets their family’s needs.
They explore:
This is a conversation about recognizing the internal patterns influencing your relationships, responding to yourself with greater compassion, and allowing relationships to evolve when the old configuration no longer works.
