Mike O’Connell serves as the executive pastor at Love Church in Omaha, Nebraska. He is also an entrepreneur, speaker and leadership coach. Mike’s passion, energy and uplifting messages are impacting people around the world. In September of 2019 he and Todd Doxzon launched the Love Leadership podcast with a desire to help leaders around the globe.

Kalvin joined Northwestern Mutual – Des Moines in 2005 as a college intern. Throughout his time, Kalvin built a successful wealth management practice while growing an incredibly successful team in West Des Moines. He earned a degree in finance from Iowa State University.
