Episode 101. Searching For Balance. 

We're all searching for some balance in our lives and in our running. But I don't think there's such a thing as perfect balance. I believe we're just trying to balance all our imbalances as best as we can. And that's what this episode is all about. If we can look from a different and more supportive point of view and give a little more grace and have a little more empathy towards out own balancing acts we're going to have a better chance of maintaining that balance. So, enjoy the podcast and get ready for some unicycle talk. Pretty sure it's the first time I've talked about a unicycle.
