It was a very raw and honest discussion on how I found myself in the darkest place while in Australia. I had spent months trying to mask it to everyone, but as the weeks and months passed, my heartbreak had become much bigger. I had to reach out for help.

I discuss how my life has changed for the better and I am the happiest I have ever been.
