Although these things can definitely return a profit (at times), it does come as an expense for many workers' mental health. Ultimately, workplace stress can be damaging to the wellbeing of employees and the company as a whole, so it is essential that not only companies invest in mental health resources, but we also make time to take care of ourselves... but how?
