Dianne is a 65 year old senior living in British Columbia Canada who lives with BPD traits. She discusses her experiences with ageism and patriotism while accessing mental health care and her journey of self-discovery as an older adult. She also discusses the complications with other health conditions and coming to the realization that you can't prioritize others forever without getting help for yourself.
