I’ve been thinking a lot about self-love recently, and what this really means. Is it what marketing tells us: bath bombs and hair masks? Or is it something more?

Is self-love something that can be accomplished, or is it a constant life’s work? Can we offer all of ourselves to a relationship while putting in this work as often as we require it?

This week, I am joined by my gorgeous friend Katherine Miles to talk about self-respect and self-love, and how this works with, against and side by side with true love. Kat works at Spotify and is a podcast, writing and dreaming enthusiast. She’s one of the most resilient people I’ve ever known, and I’m delighted to have her join the pod.
