Or can you try to play to their strengths and use them strategically? Chris's advice is to ask yourself: How did we get in this situation? Chances are, there are tons of small things that your advisors aren't doing, and you've let that slide for far too long. You need to make those things non-negotiable. Set clear expectations of what's expected on every RO and every customer interaction and eliminate the grey area. Either your staff will step up to the challenge or they won't be up to snuff, but they'll know what's expected of them either way.
