Title: “Seven ways to tackle self-doubt, break the “comparison trap,” and boost your confidence (Episode 184)
Have you ever found yourself falling deeper and deeper into the trap of self-doubt, only to have that self-doubt fueled further by unhealthy comparisons to others?
Who hasn’t?! And, it can be miserable!
Learning to redirect those emotions is an important component of building and sustaining influence. It often boils down to our ability to effectively manage ourselves. While there are certainly exceptions to this, for most people, the practices I share in this week’s episode can make a big difference in not only redirecting emotional energy, but also in helping us regain our footing when we find ourselves falling down the rabbit hole of comparison. Trust me, I’ve been there! It’s actually what inspired this week’s podcast!
