Oh Wow this was such a fun podcast episode with my favorite Love and Relationship Gianna Rackman! Seriously if someone wants to fund me to work with her I would love you forever. <3

I usually hate reality tv shows like the bachelor, but this experimental show called, Love is Blind taught me a lot of lessons, and I enjoyed it.

We chat about all the things, we chat about the different attachment styles, the different people that triggered us in the show and who we related to. We also analyze the different couples and their attachment styles and how they could grow.

Gianna is a relationship coach that works with women in the areas of codependency, self love, body image, deep healing, and manifesting the relationship they want.

Her mission is fueled by the adversity she overcame in growing up in a abusive home rooted in her mother’s toxic codependent relationship. She was able to overcome massive codependency issues, toxic relationships, low self worth, an eating disorder and create a stable and successful relationship with my partner of almost 6 years now and has built a successful business helping her clients do the same.

I really relate to some of the people on the show like Gianina Giabbelli and her partner Damian powers and she really triggered me on the show, this challenged me to look deeper as to why.

Sandra Dee Streit is a Clinical EFT practitioner and a mindset coach. In the last year, she quit her traditional teaching job to teach other survivors of sexual abuse radical self love. Her work helps survivors of sexual trauma find their voice, come home to their bodies and fall in love with life.

She talks about how she went from being undateable to healing her inner child and having a healthy relationship. It’s so important to heal your past traumas so you don’t keep reliving the same past situations over and over.

The body keeps score and holds on to trauma, EFT is a great way to transform that energy. The body holds on to energy.

We also talk a little about Love is Blind Series and how we can often be triggered by people who are reflections of us.

 Fermentation is a process used to produce wine, beer, yogurt and other products. Here's the chemical process that occurs during fermentation. If you taste the wine before it is done fermenting it will not be ready, it won’t taste right. We are going to talk about what to do in this time.

My guest today is Kelly Rowland called Brazen and Brave and she is a past coaching client of mine. We have so much in common and just got over a fermentation period.

Best Marketing Tips for 2020

You need to learn how to stand out from the competition this year and stop copying everyone else. No more blending in. It is time to catch onto the trends and be ahead of the game. Attention is how you get success. Go where the attention is. Where is the attention now? Well, for starters TikTok is exploding and has over 1.5 people that downloaded it and it is growing daily. Stop saying its for your 13 year old and catch on NOW. Also, add me @tia.lynn7 :D I post great stuff and I'm going to add more value starting NOW.

Social media is a no brainer, so start using it. It doesn’t matter whether or not you like it, if you aren’t on it, you aren’t being smart in your business.

- Have a PLAN - don’t just throw shit at the wall and hope it sticks

- create a plan

- Know your audience

- Give them what they want.

Stop being predictable in your marketing, you gotta spice it up and add new things. People will become numb to your social media if you do the same thing over and over.

CARE about the end consumer - not YOU - stop making your social media self centered. WE don’t care about YOU, we are coming to you about ourselves

Create more than you consume.

Give Give Give you can’t give enough - most people won’t take your advice - think of it as a long game.

You may not get a return on investment right away, but down the line YOU will be the one people think about.

Get on the trends ASAP - don’t wait for everyone else to, learn, do

Getting clear on your goals is one of my biggest tips. I also urge you to not lie to yourself and pretend you want something. Sit yourself down and write or type out what you really want, play pretend, have fun with it. Next I want you to get excited about it and visualize your goals and you achieving them. Where are you? What are you wearing? What does it look like?

Next, is you need to FEEL the feelings of having your goal. Feel into it, get excited about it. This is huge. Your brain doesn't know the difference of whether or not you have achieved it or not so why not be happy, right? That's the end goal anyways.

EP 34: How to Receive more LOVE, abundance, and Success with EASE.

Coming from a high achiever, go go go getter, that never things she did enough no matter what… I talk about how to start receiving and allowing for everything to start coming in easier.

I recorded this on a day that I NEEDED a break and I hardly worked and I had more inspiration, rest, and more payments, and money came in that I didn’t even predict happening.

Things can actually be EASIER when you aren’t always pushing, pushing, pushing. When you allow yourself to rest and take breaks when needed you actually save time, energy, and get more done in a faster time when you allow yourself to rest.

It’s all about balance and if you are always doing you aren’t allowing for the success to come back to you.
