Hey, Sister-friend 👋🏽
Scripture has a remarkable power to remind us of our identity in Christ, who Christ is, and how he manifests in our lives. It's a source of hope and inspiration, especially in times of struggle.
For women who experience trauma, it can be challenging to trust, feel protected and even love themselves.
They may feel like they do not even deserve good things, and it is helpful to turn to the work for the truth about all of the above.
Today I’ll share 5 of my favorite passages that encouraged and continues to help me in my healing journey.
I hope it blesses you.
I hope this episode blesses and inspires you.

Hey, Sister-friend 👋🏽
Procrastination.
Just saying that word may make you cringe a little inside. Many women equate procrastination with laziness, unproductiveness, and time wasting, none of which sit well with ambitious or A-type personalities.
But what if procrastination had nothing to do with laziness or the other things I just mentioned? Curious?
Stay tuned, and we’ll explore this a bit more.
Today I would share the complexity of procrastination, how to identify it and address it at its roots.
I hope this episode blesses and inspires you.

Hey, Sister-friend 👋🏽
The movie Diary of a Mad Black Woman is one of many that does a good job of showing what can happen when a woman takes and takes without processing her emotions in a healthy way.
In many cultures, women are not encouraged to get mad, they are expected to remain poised, polite and in control, but often there is rage beneath what is seen because of all they are experiencing or have experienced.
We’re going to talk about anger today, the ways you struggle with it and how to express and manage it better.
I hope this episode blesses and inspires you.

Hey, Sister-friend 👋🏽
Today, let's talk about something real, something maybe a little raw: trusting God when life feels…well, not so trusting.
You've been hurt in the past, you’ve dealt with some heavy stuff, and now the idea of trusting anyone, let alone God, feels like a big, fat "NOPE!"
