Tina shares invaluable insights on raising shame-free, confident children and how to be your child’s best relationship resource, sex educator, and ally.

Throughout this episode, we dive into the importance of having frequent, short conversations about sexual health, consent, body autonomy, and online safety with your children. Tina emphasizes the need to be a safe person for your child to confide in, creating an environment where open dialogue is encouraged, despite the fact that you may not have had this same environment provided for you as a child.
