Former Love Islander Sharon Gaffka is my next guest on Headstrong. We sat down to talk about her time in the villa, as well as the struggles encountered with social media. Sharon soon learned that reading articles was not beneficial for her mental health and takes a 'less is more' approach now. We also discussed a serious episode of spiking that took place last year, and the ineffectiveness of establishments to aid and assist Sharon, and other women, who are attacked like this.
