Tyler Hjelseth  started his career as an advisor with Northwestern Mutual in 2012 with a passion for helping individuals and businesses develop strategic financial plans to guide them in achieving their goals. He brings an integrated approach to the planning process, helping coordinate clients’ needs in tandem with their other trusted advisors such as CPAs, attorneys, and banking relationships.

Tyler graduated with a double major from Idaho State University, where he also played football. He grew up in University Place and currently resides there with his wife and two boys, Lleyton

and Maddox. While not spending time with clients, Tyler enjoys watching football, playing golf, nonprofit functions, and spending time with family and friends.
