Hey all,

I wanted to introduce you to one of my best friends, Bonnie. Bonnie is a therapist at UCLA and since 2018, has been not only a friend but also pretty much the Yes Theory team therapist. She is a huge part of the book as she’s been an instrumental part of mine and Yes Theory’s growth.
