In this episode of The She Said It First Podcast, hosts Jerrilyn Lake aka Indeskribeabull and Lynee’ Monae discuss a variety of topics, but they let people know What Irritated Them, this week first. The Super Bowl was this past Sunday, and the Kansas City Chiefs and Patrick Mahomes were not the only ones that lost that day. Drake suffered his biggest L from Kendrick Lamar as he performed during the Super Bowl halftime show. Jerrilyn and Lynee’ spoke about how much they enjoyed Kendrick’s show, and they wondered if Drake needs a wellness check. They also spoke about Kanye West going on another Twitter rant. They speak about how Kanye West has fallen from grace and that he is being hateful.  

Jerrilyn and Lynee’ also talk about leaving the United States to live in another country. Leaving America has become a topic of discussion because of all of the changes happening in this country. And this Friday is Valentine’s Day. With both women being single, they are finding other ways to express and show love to the people that are dearest to them. Also, with being Black History Month, Jerrilyn and Lynee’ gave a Black History Moment.

This week on The She Said It First Podcast, Jerrilyn Lake aka Indeskribeabull and Lynee’ Monae discusses a variety of topics. Before they get into Girl, What Happened, Jerrilyn and Lynee’ let the fans know What Irritated Them This Week. Wash your ass and your mouth was the topic of the day. Lynee’ and Jerrilyn spoke about the Executive Orders that President Trump has signed since he has become the President of the United States, again. They talked about as black women; they will be sitting out any protests because they did their job and tried to warn people not to vote for Donald Trump. Jerrilyn and Lynee’ also spoke about agreeing with Tabitha Brown to not boycott stores like Target that hold items from black-owned businesses. People on social media want to boycott Target due to them rolling back their DEI initiatives. 

Jerrilyn and Lynee’ also spoke about a new bill that was proposed in Mississippi. Democratic state Sen. Bradford Blackmon introduced a bill that would ban men from masturbating or engaging in activity that does not involve fertilizing an embryo. The bill will be titled “Contraception Begins at Erection Act.” Jerrilyn and Lynee’ happen to agree with the bill of men want to always want to make laws to police women’s bodies. And rapper Boosie was rekindled to his favorite teacher from school. This made Jerrilyn and Lynee’ talk about their favorite teacher that had an impact on their lives.

In this episode of The She Said It First Podcast, hosts Jerrilyn Lake aka Indeskribeabull and Lynee Monae discuss a variety of topics, but they let people know What Irritated Them, this week first. After they let the people know what irritated them, Jerrilyn and Lynee’ spoke about DJ Akademiks. Akademiks was on a live stream with multiple people, and he is being accused of grooming a 15-year-old-boy who was on the live stream as well. Akademiks, who is 35, was asking the young boy about having sex with older women and a man. Jerrilyn and Lynee’ were disgusted by his comments and think he should be cancelled from the platforms that he is on.  

Lynee’ and Jerrilyn then discussed about Snoop Dogg, Nelly, Soulja Boy, and Rick Ross performing for Donald Trump and his audience during the Inauguration weekend. They spoke about everyone having a price tag and can be brought. Jerrilyn and Lynee’ also spoke about the podcast Tonight’s Conversation imploding and becoming messy online. They also talked about not aligning yourself with a platform that may not be what it is supposed to be. Jerrilyn and Lynee’ then spoke about Sexyy Red putting up a picture of herself and AI Martin Luther King Jr. Bernice King, Dr. King’s daughter, checked her real quick about her daddy. But Sexyy Red handled it with class.

They give their condolences for the lost lives and prayers for people in need. Jerrilyn and Lynee’ also slam insurance companies that dropped clients earlier in the year without warning.  

Lynee’ and Jerrilyn also talk about DJ and social media influencer, tWitch, and his wife now telling the world that he was a drug addict in secret. Twitch’s mom came out and said this is not correct and for his wife to stop speaking bad about her son. Jerrilyn and Lynee’ gave their thoughts about the situation. They also spoke about narcissism and how to identify them. They also spoke about the narcissistic traits they see in themselves. Also, how much does it cost to raise children? The mother of NBA player Jimmy Butler says that it costs $65,000 a month to raise her three children. Jerrilyn and Lynee’ give their thoughts about Jimmy Butler fighting to pay $65,000 a month.

Michelle Obama is not going to Donald Trump’s inauguration because she does not want to fake smile according to reports and Jerrilyn and Lynee’ are here for it. Jerrilyn and Lynee’ also express disappointment that an HBCU marching band are going to be performing at the inauguration.  

Jerrilyn and Lynee’ also discuss the upcoming US ban of TikTok. As content creators themselves, they expressed not wanting it to go but will not be hurt. The host gave some knowledge to other content creators on how to expand their brands on other platforms. Jerrilyn and Lynee’ spoke about an incident at a coffee shop in Arizona, where a man exposed himself to the female staff, and the video was posted of him naked. The man self-transitioned after the video was released. Also, Wendy Williams wants to be free from her conservatorship. Jerrilyn and Lynee’ heard Wendy Williams speak on an interview on The Breakfast Club, and they do not think that she is cognitively impaired.

Happy New Year!!! It is the first episode of The She Said It First Podcast of 2025. On this episode, Jerrilyn Lake aka Indeskribeabull and Lynee Monae discuss so many topics, but they let people know What Irritated Them, this week. And trust, a lot of things have irritated them this week. Jerrilyn and Lynee’ talk about not waiting until the New Year to make changes in their life. And as 2025 entered, tragedy happened. Jerrilyn and Lynee’ discuss the unfortunate attack on Bourbon Street in New Orleans, LA on New Years Day, that took the life of 15 people and injured more. Lynee’ gave some background about her work with veterans, and the two have an in-depth conversation about mental health in this country.  

Jerrilyn and Lynee’ also discuss the Fox Sports lawsuit with Skip Bayless, Joy Taylor, and others. Jerrilyn and Lynee’ talk about the unfair coverage Joy Taylor is getting opposed to Skip Bayless and it is nothing new but should change. Lynee’ and Jerrilyn also talk about power struggles in their romantic relationships.
