Sherri Lukes, RDH, MS, FAADH is a speaker, author, and vulnerable populations advocate who has dedicated her career to empowering dental professionals and improving oral health access for all. She was even recognized as the 2023 Western Society of Periodontology DH Speaker of the Year!

With 43 years of dental experience, Sherri is known for her trifecta career: She’s spent 5 years as part of a private practice, 28 years in academia and 10 years speaking, consulting and writing. If you’ve ever wanted to learn what it’s like to have a diverse dental career, this is the episode to tune into!

Her research dedicated to oral pathology and migrant farmworker oral health has led to numerous peer-reviewed publications, and she’s deeply committed to integrating this knowledge into continuing education courses and publications.
