This week despite being in isolation i chat with Founder and CEO of gal-dem magazine and media company, Liv Little. She’ is one of 2020’s Forbes 30 under 30 and has quickly created a small empire within culture. It was a fascinating inside look into starting your own business and building right up with meaning and style. Liv’s recommendations went beyond the 1-2 per section as she shouted out so many amazing women working in media and culture today, a total joy.

This week I chat to the very wise and inspiring, mover of Hollywood's elite, Polly Bennett. Many people might not know that her job exists, but Polly is one of the most sought-after movement directors in film and television. This week i sit down with the lead singer of Wolf Alice, legend Ellie Rowsell. We spoke about her fronting one of my favourite rock bands and get to know how her journey through music. We hung out in the bands studio and used boxes of Van’s they had recently been gifted to balance the mic’s on. Her choices were meaningful and entirely unpredictable which was a testament to her taste and range in creativity.
