In this episode, we are talking with Dani from Handmade Seller Magazine about how to create passive income in your business. Who doesn’t like to hear the ‘cha-ching’ from our shop or PayPal account? It’s all the sweeter when all we had to do is make or do it once. In this chat, Dani and I share the pros to adding passive income, the mindset around the fear of why some don’t do it and we give some ideas on how to add passive income for different types of creative businesses.

How to develop the quality of resilience when it comes to building our businesses and living with chronic illness? Resilience is the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties. The challenges that come with both of these paths in life can be stressful and can at times makes us want to give up on the lifestyle and dreams we long for. But if we can build an even stronger ability to have resilience, and to see life through this lens as a regular practice then we are more likely to thrive even in the greatest storms of life. In this episode, I share 5 things to help us strengthen resilience.
There are so many different hotlines out there for so many different things, which is amazing. But can you believe with 133 million-plus people living with chronic illness in the United States, there wasn't a hotline until recently, and is being brought to you by another chronic illness, warrior woman, Cyndii Sinex founder of Chronic Illness Hotline.
I am just so excited for you to hear this conversation where Cyndii talks about the reason why she started this nonprofit, the challenges of running and starting a nonprofit while she herself lives with chronic health issues.
Visit the show notes for how to share the Chronic Illness Hotline with Friends, Family, Workmates, and more.

In this episode, Rebekah shares her story to help other women lean into their power and give themselves the permission to pause and slow down.

Last but not least Rebekah shares with us how important mental health is to her and her family and how she’s turned a very difficult pain into a passion to help save many.
