第11课

1. Good. I've taken care of everything. 好，一切准备就绪了。

这里的 take care 是“处理，安排”的意思。

All done. 是 “全部完成。” 第9课学过 be done“完成”。

That's all I can do. 表示“我尽力做了。”“这是全部我能做的。”

那么剩下就是：希望一切顺利。I hope all goes well.

2. I hope I can pull this off. 我希望能顺利完成这件事。

pull off 是“完成”“成功”的意思。

还可以用第5课学的 go smoothly 来表示，I hope everything goes smoothly. 我希望一切进行顺利。

有一个手势，把中指交叠在食指上，来表示祝对方好运、顺利，交叉手指 cross one's finger。

3. The deal is starting to go his way. 这交易开始按照他的方式进行。

go his way 就是“按照他的方式进行”，也可以说 go my way “按照我的方式进行”。

It looks like he'll get what he wants. 看起来他要得到他想要的了。

“形势大好。”“事情（进展）看起来不错”就是 Things look good.

相反，“形势不利”就是 Things look bad.
