1. Going straight home isn't much fun. 直接回家真没趣。
after work “下班后，收工后”直接回家的话， not much fun “真没劲”。
或许有人会 have something cold to drink “喝点冰凉的（啤酒）”，或者 go to the fitness club “去健身房”，又或者 do some exercise to get rid of stress “去运动以消除疲劳”，get rid of 是“去掉”“除掉”。

2. I do aerobics. 我做有氧运动。
aerobics 就是“有氧运动”。

“我做运动。”可以说 I do workout. 或 I do exercise. 或 I work out. 或 I exercise. 都可以。

“我去健身房。” I go to the fitness club. 或 I go to athletic club. 或 I go to gym.

3. I go to an English class. 我去上英语课。
也可以说 I attend an English class. 注意：attend 后面不加介词 to。
也可以说 I take an English class. 
有时工作之余去上课，难免会觉得 It's a drag going to school. 去上课是一项累赘。drag 是“拖累”，“累赘”。
但是，You should keep at it. 你应该继续努力。
