The Vertue Method fusing yoga, weighted circuit training and meditation has seen Shona become the cast trainer for the Hollywood blockbuster Wonder Woman, one of MTV’s squad on Beach Body Ready and none other than Mr David Beckham credits her for making his aches and pains disappear.
