Derval O'Rourke is one of Ireland's best known and respected sports stars. A sprint hurdles athlete for over 12 years, Derval is a three-time Olympian and the Irish record holder for the 60 and 100-metre hurdles. Since retiring, Derval has turned her attentions to aiding people with the knowledge to "eat well and keep moving" - her philosophy in life. With two best-selling books under her belt, she has recently launched Derval.ie an online community for fitness, plans, recipes, expert advice and support.
