Diarmuid Gavin is Ireland's best known and loved garden designer. Born in London during the 60's, Diarmuid was brought to Ireland aged only one month old, when his family settled in Rathfarnham Co. Dublin. He attended the College of Amenity Horticulture at the famous Botanic Gardens in Glasnevin in the 1980's. Fast forward to 2019 and Diarmuid's gardens have been showcased at the prestigious Chelsea Flower Show an astounding 9 times, and in 2011 he was awarded the Gold medal for his entry "The Sky Garden". Married to Justine and father to Eppie, Diarmuid is one of Ireland's most treasured TV personalities with regular appearances on Irish and UK channels.
