Skellerup—the Kiwi icon famous for Red Band gumboots—has gone from financial troubles to  a multi-national solving complex tooling and material problems in industry and agriculture.    

We talk to star CEO, Skellerup’s David Mair about this journey during his nearly 14 years at the helm, and what the future holds when he steps down at the end of this month.
