On Monday's show, I'll be sharing some holistic and practical strategies to help you improve sleep naturally.  Then I'll be taking callers with sleeping issues and doing mini-readings and healings on them! So if you have any issues with sleep, this is the show to participate in!

 

Time-permitting, I'll also take questions people with other issues they need help with.  It's going to be loads of fun (what can I say? I love doing these live mini-healing shows!).
