Mutiu Adepoju is one of the best Real Madrid Castilla midfielders of all time. After being scouted during a stellar youth World Cup with Nigeria, the powerhouse went on to score 17 goals from centre-midfield as Castilla won the Segunda División B title, one of only eleven trophies in their entire history. He would then almost hit double figures in the second tier, before flying the nest and enjoying a huge career in La Liga with away from Real Madrid with Racing Santander and Real Sociedad - not to mention with the Nigerian national team, the Super Eagles, where he would star in three World Cups and win an African Cup of Nations. After retirement and becoming a La Liga ambassador, the headmaster has agreed to sit down with Castilla Corner and talk about his time and great memories at the club, instantly becoming one of the best players ever to come onto the ManagingMadrid podcast.
