Triple M Footy's Luke Darcy has been busy in the off-season, making a new season of his podcast 'Empowering Leaders'. Here's a piece from his chat with Marcus Bontempelli we thought worth sharing - The Bont felt he wasn't going to make it aged 14 or 15. Development-wise he was falling behind, and relied on his dad supporting him and showing him how to keep going. That boost in confidence helped when the now Western Bulldogs captain physically developed a year or two later.
